Absolutely not! There are other products that do have that problem. It is important to follow the directions closely. When that is done, there will be no clogged screens.

I’m sure it is good for humans. It is the only salt we use. However, we are not licensed yet to sell for human consumption.

I’m sure it would be good for humans however that requires an entirely different kind of licensing in order for it to be sold for human consumption.

Sea Minerals FA is 99.5%F pure, in contrast to other products, and is uniformly the size of BBs so it dissolves easily and quickly. If mixed properly, it will not clog screens.

Sorry I didn’t get to your question more quickly. That is the correct amount for a lawn. The only thing to remember about rain is that Sea Minerals needs to dry on the leaf for 3 hours without rain.

Yes, you can use Sea Minerals in a 1000 gallon pull behind sprayer. It will remain mixed indefinitely. We spray the tractor and sprayer at the end of the day with plain water. Once the sprayer is empty and not scheduled for more spraying in the next few days, we rinse out the inside and run clear water thru 3 times. Some customers use a product from their local coop that is made for cleaning and protecting pumps and equipment from other fertilizers.

I just bought 100 lbs of Sea Mineral this last weekend. I am planning on using it for my yard and field, we have about 2 acres that we want to put it on. I understand I can use 2# for 20 gallons of water if I want to do it only once a month. Is that the correct amount for a lawn? I also wanted to know if I need to put it down before it rains or make sure it’s not going to rain when I put it down. (suppose to rain tonight and I wanted to put it down today)
